IRELAND (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland) 🇮🇪

📦 Shipping Cost:

  • €5.95 via An Post (Next Day Delivery)

  • €6.95 via DPD Ireland (1-2 Day Delivery)

  • FREE Shipping on orders over €300

  • In-store orders for express delivery: €7.95

💡 Tip: To get the best shipping rates, choose warehouse shipping instead of store dispatch! Our warehouse team will ensure fast processing. 🚀

 

NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING

These rates are the same as for the R.O.I above :) Our system may sometimes apply UK shipping fees to Northern Ireland. But don’t worry—we’ll refund the difference! Just email us at orders@folkster.com. 😊

UNITED KINGDOM (England, Scotland, Wales) 🇬🇧

📦 Shipping Cost: €12.95 via DPD (up to 10kg)

💡 Brexit Update: As of January 1st, 2021, orders from Ireland to the UK and returns from the UK to Ireland may be subject to customs & import charges. These are beyond our control, so please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

📌 Possible Delays: Due to high volumes on cross border orders outside of our control, UK deliveries may take longer. Need help? Contact us at hello@folkster.com.

EUROPE (EU Countries Other Than Ireland) 🇪🇺

📦 Shipping Cost: €19.95 via DHL (up to 10kg)

💡 Good news! No customs or import fees within the European Union when you order from us. 🎉

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 🌍

Shipping Cost: €19.95 via DHL (for most countries). For more details, feel free to reach out to us! :)

Please note that customs and duties may apply to both delivery and returns. Folkster is not responsible for these costs, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. :)

🚨 EXCEPTION: Due to operational reasons, we are currently unable to ship to Israel.

DELAYS & DELIVERY TERMS

  • Folkster can not be held responsible for delays due to public holidays, transport issues, weather, or customs.

  • Please do ensure your shipping address is correct & someone is available to sign for the parcel.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.

CURRENCY & PAYMENTS 💳

  • All prices are listed & charged in EURO (€).

  • Customers can check out in GBP (£) or USD ($).

  • Exchange rates depend on your bank, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

📌 Refunds: If refunding from a different currency, final amounts will depend on that day’s exchange rate. Folkster isn’t responsible for currency fluctuations.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES (UK & Non-EU Orders)

  • Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties & taxes upon arrival.

  • These fees are not covered by Folkster and must be paid by the customer.

  • If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for all return costs, import fees, and original shipping charges.

ORDER LIMITS

To ensure fair stock distribution, we reserve the right to limit orders to 8-10 pieces per order.

As a small Irish business - please note our gowns are designed by us for the personal use of our customers only :)  We do not permit purchases intended for commercial dress rental businesses. If we identify orders placed for this purpose, they may be canceled at our discretion. Thank you for understanding!
