Thanks for shopping with Folkster! 💛 We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange. If you don’t see your question answered here, just drop us a message—we’d love to hear from you!

RETURNS POLICY

  • Changed your mind? No problem! Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. (Please see below for items that are not returnable)
  • Sale items are final sale, but we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit—just reach out to hello@folkster.com ! 😊
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and include proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT : 

  • Pre-order & Special Order Items – Pre-order gowns are made just for you! ✨ Since your chosen fabric, colour, and style are specially cut to your order, we’re unable to accept returns. If you have any questions about sizing or details before ordering, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help! 💛
  • Vintage clothing and accessory treasures by their nature can expect some flaws - and are non-returnable.
  • Lifestyle/gifting products like crystals, sage, books, and vinyl records are also non-returnable.
  • Bridal items including deposits are non-returnable as per the terms and conditions laid out in your order form :) 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Returns will only be accepted if in perfect condition—no odours, stains, makeup, tan marks, or scuffs etc. If we can not accept the return for this reason, it will be returned to you at your expense. 
  • Return shipping costs are covered by you unless the item is faulty, in which case we’ll refund the postage once the fault has been inspected and confirmed :) 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to process the transaction - just FYI :) 
  • The shipping charges for non-faulty items are non-refundable and will be removed from the refund amount. 

HOW TO RETURN

Returning an item is easy! Just fill out the return form included in your package and send it back within 14 days to one of the addresses below.

For courier returns (DPD, Parcel Motel, etc.):
